TERMS OF PAYMENT We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal, and US check (drawn on US bank) or US money order (drawn on a US bank or vendor). Schools, institutions, government agencies, and businesses may be extended net 30-day payment terms.
PRICES All prices are subject to change without notice. We correct typographical errors in our online catalog as soon as we discover them. And because fuel and transportation surcharges are becoming the norm, our prices change more frequently than we like. All printed quantity discounts are given on individual items unless otherwise stated.
SALES TAX Your state sales tax, if applicable, may be calculated and added to your total.
SHIPPING/HANDLING: At present we ship within the next two business days by USPS First-Class Mail® Parcels to United States addresses, only. USA: $6.25 USA shipping & handling fee to ship First-Class Mail® Parcels. Takes 2-9 days, depending upon distance. Because of their size and/or weight, some items incur an additional shipping surcharge. Shipping surcharges, if any, are clearly indicated in the product description.
DAMAGE AND SHORTAGE If damage or shortage is apparent at the time of delivery, please note it on the delivery receipt along with the signature of the delivery driver verifying the same. Save the damaged carton for inspection purposes. Open all packages immediately and inspect the merchandise to see if it is in good condition. If concealed damage (damage to materials inside a package with no external damage evident), is exposed, notifiy us at once. We must notifiy carriers within 15 days, or they may deny liability. Check merchandise against the packing slip. If an overage or shortage exists, or if there are any other problems with the order, please notify sales@pencilthings.com within 10 days after receipt of merchandise.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES If you wish to return a portion of your order, please include a copy of your invoice. If you do not have the invoice, please contact sales@pencilthings.com. Address the package, postage paid, to Pencil Things, Inc., P.O. Box 2067, Santa Fe, NM 87504-2067.
