You firmly press the adhesive-backed paper clip to any shape surface. It will not come off except with a purposeful firm twist! But it will not slide off, or pull off, or leverage off, or loosen due to water, etc. The adhesive, which feels much like firm tacky wax, will not damage surfaces or leave messy residue behind. You can easily remove and reposition the clip without affecting the adhesive.

We have tried many pencil clip ideas for non-standard pencil shapes. We think you'll agree that this is the best solution!

Because the clip can be removed and reused again and again, you may feel that buying 20 clips is wasteful. Hold on! You will find so many non-pencil-clip uses around the office, classroom, home and shop for this paper clip that you'll soon be returning for more.

The clip and adhesive is about 7/16" wide. Any extra adhesive can be trimmed away. But don't discard it - use it! For example, we use the surplus adhesive to hold tiny screws onto tiny screwdrivers.
